1. Before starting the counting machine each time, carefully observe whether all parts work normally, whether there are abnormal phenomena and abnormal noises; If any fault is found, it shall be handled in time or the maintenance personnel shall be notified for repair.
2. Vibration and collision shall be avoided during the operation of the counting machine. If the above conditions occur, stop the machine immediately to check the causes and eliminate them.
3. Clean the dust and other impurities in the hopper of the granulator frequently to avoid blocking the air inlet and affecting the powder output.

4. Regularly add lubricating oil (grease) to the mechanical transmission part of the granulator to maintain good lubrication; After each shift, the oil level in the gearbox should be checked once to ensure that there is no oil leakage before the machine can be shut down for rest.
5. After the granulator equipment has been running for a period of time, it is necessary to timely clean the dust and sundries on the filter to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
6. The counting machine shall not leave the site until the power supply is turned off after use, otherwise it is easy to cause dangerous accidents of electric shock.
